Researchers are now able to determine how different parts of the brain work at night and are figuring out how that division of labor influences our dreams with the help of new technology. The biological truth behind dreaming is explored along with the causes and consequences of different kind of dreams viewed by different age groups and gender are described.

The quest for rest

A research work on sleeplessness (hypopnea) suffered by women at different stages throughout their lives is discussed and also, few new ways to help them out are mentioned. Women who are sleep-deprived are found to be at risk for a range of problems such as depression, heart disease, and obesity and also lead to lower mood, less energy and more irritability.
