Trilon launches fund for new technology

Toronto, Ont.-based Trilon Financial Corp. has introduced a new $100 million private equity fund, which is called the Trilon Opportunity Fund. Trilon, which will invest in new high-tech and start-up firms through the fund, is led by president and chief executive officer George Myhal.

CPR reports record operating profit for fourth year
