US Airways back in court protection
Article Abstract:
US Airways Group Inc. is the first big US carrier to file for court protection once again with a new filing under Chapter 11 of the US Bankruptcy Code. Montreal-based aircraft builder, Bombardier Inc., is considering rejigging deliveries of regional jets among other customers to take up slack left by a US Airways order.

DuPont Canada offer extended

E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Co. is seeking to acquire all of the outstanding shares of its subsidiary DuPont Canada Inc. DuPont, which is offering $21 per share in the deal, will restructure the subsidiary once the acquisition is complete.
