Victoria's $64 million question
Article Abstract:
Victoria's state election has been prematurely won by Jeff Kennett, whose public appearances reflect his mastery of PR and cockiness that has cause his opposition to curl up to sleep. Kennett is doing little to manage voter expectations. However voters might be encouraged to dampen Kennett's confidence by creating a significant backlash. Especially in light of the recently announced 8% unemployment rate.
