Wiring expert raises alarm about MD-11 jets

A private investigation into the crash of an MD-11 jet, which was built by St. Louis, Missouri-based McDonnell Douglas Corp., has raised questions about the jet's wiring. The 1998 accident, in which the Swissair aircraft crashed near Nova Scotia, is being investigated by an FAA expert.
