Germany: Joint catalyst development of HTE/Degussa
Article Abstract:
German speciality chemicals producer Degussa AG of Dusseldorf will cooperate with Heidelberg-based hightech start-up HTE (The High Throughput Experimentation Company) in the development of catalysts. HTE, which focuses on applied material research and catalysis, has large-scale integrated high throughput test systems which are more efficient than traditional test systems. Dr. Dirk Demuth, Vice President Catalysts at Degussa, is convinced that the cooperation will result in new applications for Degussa catalysts and improved catalyst systems.
