Civilization of the political system: part II: Separation of four powers
Article Abstract:
The development of political civilization shows that the division of the four powers legislative power, executive power, judicial power and the power of public opinion- in the most beneficial and effective system of checks and balances by means of division of power. The judicial power is to investigate and prosecute violations of the law committed by state organs and state functionaries during the exercise of power, it is the power of examination of and adjudication over, violations of the law by all the citizens and the power to settle civil and commercial cases.
