A private group of American officials and experts visited the nuclear site in North Korea. Pyongyang is accused of supplying weapons and missiles to other countries and there is growing evidence that Pakistan has lent nuclear expertise to several states suspected of developing such weapons.

Terror groups seeking to make radiological dispersal devices (dirty bombs) are buying materials obtained through the looting of Iraq's main nuclear site and other locations. Radiation is already affecting local people in nearby villages.
