Food security and international trade law: an appraisal of the World Trade Organization approach
Article Abstract:
Issues are presented concerning the provisions of the Uruguay Round which set out to include food security within the main regulations of the multilateral trading system. The World Trade Organization's agriculture policy is discussed.
