Funds for life
Article Abstract:
Increased longevity is not so much a problem in many developing nations as disease and deprivation that are drastically reducing life expectancy among those of working age, are limiting the ability to generate wealth that can be used to support young and old alike. Governments of such countries must find a way in which pension schemes can be administered to provide an optimal balance between cost-efficiency and security in old age.
