Genocide in Bosnia and Herzegovina
Article Abstract:
Mass killing, detention camps, and ethnic cleansing that displaced millions of people, are confronted in order to assess whether the slaughter and other atrocities in Bosnia under the legal or other definitions amounted to genocide. The question whether these killings in Bosnia and Herzegovina constitute genocide is disagreed.

Prosecuting the cheerful murderer: Natural law and the national socialists crimes in West German courts, 1945-1950
Article Abstract:
The way in which West German courts resurrected natural law theory as main pillar of their jurisdiction over Nazi crimes is explored. The rise and fall of natural law in nineteenth- and twentieth-century Germany, and its reinvigoration after the disastrous twelve-year imperium of the Third Reich is traced.

Genocide in Kosovo
Article Abstract:
The Kosovo crisis of 1998-1999 raised complex issues that challenge the international community. The crisis exploded the ramification for the future of state sovereignty, the United Nations, and understanding the causes of genocide, nation building, and humanitarianism in the twenty-first century.
