Germany in Europe: half a hegemon
Article Abstract:
The Maastricht Treaty took a long time to evolve. The process of European federation always suffered some snags. However, the only hope for successful dealing with other world regions and economic well-being lie in a united Europe. Germany with its strong currency cannot sustain its economic position without the support of its European neighbors.

Should Turkey look east?
Article Abstract:
Issues relating to the international relations of Turkey are presented, with an historical overview of the country's activities since 1095 when the Crusades began to tie the future of Turkey with Europe. It is observed that the country's relations with Europe are the cause of its most difficult problems.

The Europe of two wills
Article Abstract:
European unification must be forged ahead if the promise of economic well-being in the region will be realized. Europe must not be divided on two camps: those woh want unification and those who do not want it.
