The US military power lacks the ability to precisely locate and preemptively target WMD. The various incidents of the Bush doctrine regarding intelligence record, international inspections, preempting North Korea etc. are discussed.

The idea of human rights is no more than "bawling," shouting, or "upon paper" according to many politicians. The several different ways in which human rights is used in legislation are discussed.
