On the duties of public servants
Article Abstract:
The constitutional provisions of various countries are discussed along with the duties and powers of the heads of states, judiciary, parliament, single-chamber and two-chamber systems, armed forces, and local self-governments. A comparison of the structure of state institutions and the scope of duties for public servants is attempted, illustrating the advantages and disadvantages of the systems existing in different countries.d
