Snappin': a social grace or disgrace?
Article Abstract:
Snapping, a verbal game employed by the blacks to retort racial attacks, has outgrown its racial aspects and spread to other communities as a popular form of fun-mingled insult. Two books on snapping came out in 1994 that enjoy popular support. However, a section of the public is against snapping as they suspect that snapping will lead to greater harassment and taunting among children. Psychologists predict that it will have a negative impact on the society.

Article Abstract:
Budget cuts being done by Congress on welfare programs are aggravating the conditions of the homeless. About 30-40% of the homeless in the US are blacks.
