Article Abstract:
The former Strategic Air Command commander-in-chief stresses the importance of the total elimination of nuclear weapons. He noted that, despite the end of the Cold War, there is still distrust among strategists and countries and that some strategists believe in controlled nuclear proliferation. He believes that total elimination can be achieved through multilateral agreements promising large reductions.
