The North Korean precedent
Article Abstract:
The agreement between the US and North Korea for the latter to dismantle its nuclear weapons program is feared to set an unfavorable precedent in nuclear energy policy. Non-nuclear countries are concerned that the freezing of the nuclear program leaves North Korea free to use whatever nuclear warfare it had already developed.
