Vice Premier Wu Yi's speech at SARS prevention teleconference
Article Abstract:
A national teleconference on the prevention of atypical pneumonia was held on the prevention of atypical pneumonia to review the work done by the parties responsible for it, to share the experiences, to analyze the situation and to map the future plans in this area. The consolidated results of prevention and control, and the implementation of preventative measures to stringently guard against the return of the epidemic of SARS are highlighted.

The Vice Premier, Wu Yi, invited the north China areas to provide joint support in controlling the atypical pneumonia epidemic for bringing a rapid improvement in the region. He laid five major tasks for SARS control in the region by convincing the participants to implement it that are of crucial importance to winning the fight against SARS nationwide.
