The country's degenerative dynamic has been also fuelled by bankrupt financial institutions, deteriorated infrastructures and widespread salary arrearages. Analysts however feel that a constructive and focussed international intervention topped by the policy of preventive diplomacy might catalyze a political and economic recovery.
