Article Abstract:
Skills training treatment focusing on adaptive affect regulation education was tested on a 36-yr-old obese woman with severe binge-eating disorder. The treatment successfully enhanced the woman's capacity to regulate her emotions. After the treatment, she no longer classified as one with binge eating disorder.
