Depressed versus nondepressed young adult tobacco users: differences in coping style, weight concerns, and exercise level
Article Abstract:
The association of coping, exercise, and weight concerns to tobacco use in young adults and the relation of these variables to their depression status are investigated. Multivariate logistic regression analysis shows that higher maladaptive coping and lower level of exercise are mostly associated with depression among tobacco users.

Effects of dopamine transporter and receptor polymorphisms on smoking cessation in a bupropion clinical trial
Article Abstract:
The role of dopaminergic genes in the smoking cessation program and the response to bupropion treatment in a placebo-controlled clinical trial are examined. The evidence from the clinical trial shows that the genes that alter dopamine function may influence smoking cessation and may relapse during the treatment phase.
