Measuring trust between organizational boundary role persons
Article Abstract:
The measurement aspects of trust have not been touched on in theoretical writings on trust and interorganizational collaboration. The construct validity of a questionnaire measure which estimated trust between boundary role persons is tested. The multidimensionality of the measure was also studied.
