Methodological problems and issues in MMPI, MMPI-2, and MMPI-A research
Article Abstract:
The Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory-2 personality test will undoubtedly be subjected to as much research and validation assessment as its predecessor, the MMPI, the most widely accepted personality questionnaire. Researchers and evaluators should be careful to avoid errors made in validating the MMPI and consider a series of methodological factors that concern exclusionary criteria and methods used in administrating, processing, reporting and analyzing test data.
