Modeling the time course of feature perception and feature information retrieval
Article Abstract:
An approach that allows investigators to measure the speed at which object features are perceived and the speed at which information regarding those features is retrieved from memory is discussed. It was seen that the speed at which dimensions were retrieved was linearly related to the speed at which they were perceived and features that were quickly perceived can also be quickly retrieved.

Rethinking interference theory: executive control and the mechanisms of forgetting
Article Abstract:
The long-standing conceptualization of interference, which should be considered as a learning phenomenon and reframe interference, as arising from systems that achieve mental and behavioral control is argued. The relation between the executive control theory of forgetting and classical accounts of interference is discussed.
