Occupational factors and 5-year weight change among men in a Danish National Cohort
Article Abstract:
A study conducted on the male employees from Danish National Work Environment Cohort indicated whether the impact of work environment on the psychosocial factors was reliant on the baseline body mass index (BMI). The job insecurity and high or low psychological demands led to an increased weight among obese employees, whereas weight loss among employees with low BMI.

Agnostic interpersonal striving: social-cognitive mechanism of cardiovascular risk in youth?
Article Abstract:
The social competence model (SCM) of cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk that identifies factors leading to interpersonal difficulties and chronic health-damaging stress in youth is presented. Studies indicate a higher risk of CVD amongst youth with diminishing agnostic interpersonal striving profile.
