Employees in a Fortune 500 manufacturing organization were part of a study that examined the relationship between organizational commitment and work performance. The link between organizational commitment and performance depends on the extent of the motivation rather than ability or the type of performance.

Text anxiety and academic achievement among South African university students
Article Abstract:
There was no significant difference in South African students and western students in test anxiety and performance on academic tasks. Research has noted that students with low scores on text anxiety generally perform better on academic tasks than those who score high on text anxiety.

Group ability test versus teachers' ratings for predicting achievement
Article Abstract:
Standardized group tests were measured against the ability of teachers to predict achievement fairly. The group ability test and the teachers was equivalent, except the teachers' ratings showed bias against Caucasians and Asian-Americans by under-predicting their achievement scores.
