Postpartum maternal moods and infant size predict performance on a national high school entrance examination
Article Abstract:
The effects of postnatal maternal moods and feeding routines on the growth, development, and performance of infants in their formative years are examined. The examination concludes that postpartum maternal moods lead to lower performance in a national high school examination, common entrance examination (CEE), amongst children in their early lives.

Depressive symptoms in children and adolescents: etiological links between normality and abnormality: a research note
Article Abstract:
Research amongst 395 pairs of same-sex twin children investigated the influence of genetic and environmental factors on depressive symptoms. The results supported previous findings that depressive symptoms in the normal range are moderately heritable, but that environmental factors have a greater influence on symptoms in the abnormal range.
