Structure and strength in causal induction
Article Abstract:
Framework for the rational analysis of elemental causal induction learning about the existence of a relationship between single causes and effect-based upon causal graphical models is presented. The major two problems of causal induction are evaluating whether or not a causal relationship exists, and establishing the strength of that relationship.

The authors present research that suggests human storage of information acquired through strategic learning is available through strategic processes, although knowledge gained through non-strategic processes is not available through strategic processes.
