The dynamics of clinico-psychopathological and sociopsychological indices in the process of complex therapy in patients with different nosological forms of mental diseases
Article Abstract:
The comparative effectiveness of three rehabilitation treatment models for patients suffering from endogenous psychoses during their stay in hospital is examined. The results regarding the comparative effectiveness of the three rehabilitation models indicate that the combined model of psychotherapy showed greater effectiveness, while the model without the inclusion of psychotherapy displayed least effectiveness and the group model of psychotherapy exhibited intermediate effectiveness.
