The effects of elicitation aids, knowledge, and problem content on option quantity and quality
Article Abstract:
The method of presenting objectives that are available affects the quantity and quality of options individuals can choose during times of crisis. Presenting objectives one at a time results to the creation of more options, though they may not be of high quality than a simultaneous presentation when dealing with a sexual harassment problem. Such kind of objective presentation also results to creation of high quality options when it comes to solving a problem related to employee compensation.

Affective disposition and the letter of reference
Article Abstract:
An association between affective disposition and favorability of letters of reference exists. The length of letter was related to the judged favorability of the letter of recommendation. However, in the laboratory study, letter length partly intervenes between the link between affective disposition and letter of favorability. For employers, letters of reference cannot always be taken as completely impartial reports about the applicant's worthiness for the position.
