The effects of personality on earnings
Article Abstract:
From a large sample of Dutch population, it is observed that personality qualities like agreeableness, emotional stability, conscientiousness and autonomy influence the earnings of a person. The effects of these personality factors may however vary as per the gender. For example, agreeableness may be considered positively for men but for women it is likely to fetch lower wages.

How important is your personality? Labor market returns to personality of women in the US and UK
Article Abstract:
A study on the earnings of white women in the labor markets of United States and United Kingdom is presented. The study concludes that all conditions being equal, personality traits like control, aggression and withdrawal can affect the earnings.
