When does the medium matter? Knowledge-building experiences and opportunities in decision-making teams
Article Abstract:
An investigation was conducted to examine which teams have a past or expect to have a future together, affects computer mediated teams ability to communicate effectively and make high quality decisions. The results revealed that teams lacking a history had media differences and teams with history have higher information sharing than computer-mediated teams.
