Who's "she"? Discourse prominence influences preschoolers' comprehension of pronouns
Article Abstract:
Four experiments were conducted to examine whether 3-year olds comprehension of was affected by the discourse prominence of the possible antecedents. The experiments proved that young childrens comprehension of sentence is affected by the prominence of each referent in a representation of the discourse besides the knowledge of its words and syntactic structure.

Article Abstract:
The individual differences in the fan effect and working memory (WM) capacity are examined. The results indicate that attention control could be the crux of WM and competition across sets could be responsible for the individual differences.
