Article Abstract:
The director of International Press Institute (IPI) cited grave concerns about deteriorating media freedom for decision to add Ethiopia and remove South Korea. The board, however, stated that any attempts to restrict freedom of the press such as limiting ownership, imposing a centralized delivery system or any attempt to inhibit the free flow of information would result in South Korea being immediately placed back in the IPI list.
