Adding the vital ingredient
Article Abstract:
There is considerable interest in investing in Cornwall, but the county lacks high quality buildings, according to Devon and Cornwall Development International. The office market is suffering from a lack of supply, and potential occupiers have remained disappointed. In the industrial sector, investors are unwilling to come for Cornwall unless there is a supply of space, while developers are unwilling to build unless demand rises.

High demand for high bay
Article Abstract:
The West Midlands triangle plays a key role in distribution activities in the UK, and accounts for 43% of the country's high-bay warehouses. However, lettings have declined considerably since their peak of 13 in 1994. Demand for space is currently around 836,100 sq mt, but there are very few large buildings available. However, there is estimated to be 765 ha of potential distribution land in the region.
