CMBS: an impressive performance
Article Abstract:
A study of roughly 65,000 Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) loans originated from 1992 to March 2003 is made. The analysis sheds some light on possible key variables and their effect on default and provides investors with some useful general insights regarding drivers of default and the results confirm conventional wisdom.
