Characteristics of the U.S. commercial real estate agent
Article Abstract:
A survey of real estate agents was conducted to find the characteristics of the U.S. commercial real estate agent and find out the areas in which the real estate agents spent time, earned income and acquired knowledge and training as required for his work. The results of the survey indicated that the real estate agents give more priority to activities like negotiation of sales and purchases, contract preparation, negotiation of lease, searching for clients and others.
