City of steel flashes new image
Article Abstract:
The introduction of a light rapid transit system in Sheffield, England, is set to bring many changes to the city, especially in the property sector. There has not yet been a marked upswing in office lettings, but a number of speculative developments are planned. At present, there is still a lot of secondhand space available, some of which will have to be refurbished before it will attract occupiers. Retailers are already starting to feel the benefits of the new transit system.
