Article Abstract:
Commercial real estate lenders and investors should realize that this market is cyclical. Assets that are economically sound are the only ones that should be held. The capital flow perspective enables investors to purchase or start commercial real estate loans when there is little market capital and decrease activity when there is abundant market capital. This strategy results in prudent portfolio management.
