Dumped on?: Contractors are frustrated by the D&B jobs that shut them out of the design process - but still expect them to accept full liability for any problems
Article Abstract:
The design and build style of contract has become increasingly popular during the past 10 years. Scientific? Don't kid yourself: property forecasting that relies on quantitative evidence may lead to incorrect conclusion
Article Abstract:
The problems associated with applying quantitative methods to property forecasting are discussed. Some of the most significant variables may be unknowable.
