Getting dressed for success
Article Abstract:
The UK already has a number of factory outlet developments, and retailers and developers are now looking to spread the concept to continental Europe. This requires large, purpose-built facilities, frequently with related family leisure attractions. It is vital that these sites have good transport links and are situated in an area where demographic factors are favourable. Anglo-American joint venture BAA McArthur Glen is among a number now seeking suitable sites in continental Europe.

Getting property deals down to a fine art
Article Abstract:
James Lambert has a long family tradition of being in the property industry and is now bringing his family's low-key, long-term approach to investment to his own property investment firm Lisburne Estates. Lambert's background is in the fine art world, where he used to be an art gallery director. In the same way that his own art collection focused on artists with growth potential, in the property industry Lambert is now focusing on higher-yielding, secondary stock.
