Hammerson's top executives are being placed at other international sites within the company to shadow fellow managers in their day-to-day role and to compare business operations. The United Kingdom's branch director, Sheila Sullivan, is the first employee within the company to work alongside Howard Quentin at the Mississauga mall in Toronto, Canada. The trip was particularly beneficial to Sullivan, who was preparing for the relaunch of Brentcross, following its refurbishment.
