Home brew
Article Abstract:
Dagenham, England, has not been a popular area for redevelopment but renovation work on the major roads is likely to make it more attractive to developers. Ilford, England, has only a small amount of space available for redevelopment. The office market is buoyant, with demand outstripping supply. Retailing is also thriving with the Exchange retail centre in a good position to link the shopping areas in the centre of town. The renovation of a former brewery is being planned in Romford, England, to include leisure and retail outlets. New office space is in short supply.
