In the driver's seat
Article Abstract:
The key to business success is being able to identify the right type of investment and make appropriate acquisitions, according to Chris Lazari, founder of property investment company Lazari Investments. The company has since 1984 concentrated on amassing large estates in the centre of London, England. It took 12 years to bring together a 1 acre site on Tottenham Court Road, and is now seeking to undertake a similar scheme in Baker Street. It is keen to invest 30 million pounds sterling in the area around Oxford Street.

A little demand goes a long way
Article Abstract:
The office market in the town of Romford has seen only limited demand, mainly because of the town's proximity to Brentwood, where there is a wider range. There is very little interest in large office accommodation, with the sector being dominated by lettings of up to 3,000 sq ft. Romford has been more successful with industrial property, with developers taking obsolete factory space, refurbishing it and dividing it into smaller units.
