PPM's prime cuts
Article Abstract:
Partnership Property Management (PPM), a consortium headed by Goldman Sachs, is to provide serviced accommodation to the UK department of social security (DSS). This will follow a PRIME transaction under which the DSS estate passes into the ownership of PPM. The deal is scheduled to be signed before the end of 1997, with handover due in Apr 1998. However, it will first be necessary to re-measure the short-leasehold element of the estate and to undertake further detailed surveys of between 300 and 400 buildings.
