Is a corporate campus right for your business?
Article Abstract:
Corporate real estate managers should consider intangible and tangible factors when deciding whether to develop corporate campuses. A corporate campus is made up of buildings in close proximity with centralized support, amenities and other internal functions. Intangible factors include operational issues such as daily functions and space requirements, business performance and cultural issues. Tangible factors include costs and financial benefits. Managers should also find ways to reduce risks and develop exit strategies should problems arise.
