Article Abstract:
Property lawyers should endeavour to make open and honest relationships with their clients in order to expedite transactions. They need to communicate fully with their clients and offer the appropriate advice. The cost of any work should be agreed, with the lawyers giving clients updated information regularly. Major companies choose lawyers who are willing to work extremely hard to ensure that a transaction is completed. Research has found that over 60% of people withdraw their custom from service industries because of unresponsive staff.
