Making the slope and grade - the Department of Justice's new aggressive posture on accessible design

The U.S. Department of Justice promulgated the latest accessibility standards for multifamily buildings under the Fair Housing Act and (FHA) and the Americans with Disabilities ACT (ADA) in order to deal with irregularities in the building accessibility standards. The specific areas that come under the purview of the Department's standards are outlined.
