Mint fresh retail ploy
Article Abstract:
There are plans to build a new retail complex in Ipswich, UK, The Mint Quarter, which could open prior to Christmas 2002. According to Jonathan Cox, who works for Helical Retail, which is planning to build the complex in collaboration with National Car Parks, the scheme would extend the current town centre. The complex would be street-based and would include a car park, a health and fitness club and prime retail space.
