New Jersey Supreme CourtEs judgment on continuance of obuilderEs remedyo housing, which complies to municipal housing standards, is interpreted in the light of Toll Brothers, Inc. v. Township of West Windsor. Despite the disinterest shown by townEs people, assurance from the Council on Affordable Housing (COAH) to make sure that their plans meet the current market conditions of housing, builderEs remedy is recommended to stay for sometime.

The recent proposal put forth by the United States Environmental Protection Agency for establishing environmental diligence criteria for all appropriate inquiries under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA or Superfund) is discussed. The reasons for proposing the rule are also analyzed.
